El fin de semana pasado, fuimos a Barcelona para nuestro último viaje juntos. El primer día, visitamos la Sagrada Familia. La Sagrada Familia es una basilica famosa diseñado por Antonio Gaudí. La basilica no está terminada. Todavía está en obra. He visto quince catedrales desde mi llegada a Europa, pero ésta es mi favorita. Es muy diferente que las otras Iglesias que he visto porque la arquitectura de Gaudí es de modernismo. La basilica me parece como un bosque al dentro, y la luz es de muchos colores porque hay ventanas de cristal colorado. Me gustó mucho.
El domingo fuimos al zoológico de Barcelona. Fue divertido y vimos muchos animales. Aprendí los nombres españoles de muchos animales también. Estábamos en allí por cinco horas antes de la lluvia vino. Pienso que a todos les gustó el zoo.
Last weekend we went to Barcelona for our last group trip. The first day, we visited the Sagrada Familia. The Sagrada Familia is a famous basilica designed by Antonio Gaudí. The basilica isn’t finished. It’s still in progress. I’ve seen fifteen cathedrals since my arrival to Europe, but this one is mi favorite. Its very different from the other churches I have seen because Gaudí’s architecture is from modernism. The basilica looks like a forest on the inside, and the light is all different colors because there are stained glass windows. I liked it a lot.
On Sunday we went to the zoo. It was fun and we saw a lot of animals. I learned the Spanish names of a lot of animals too. We were there for five hours before the rain came. I think everyone liked the zoo.
