El Castillo de San Miguel en Almuñécar

Me gusta mi primera semana en Granada; cosas son diferentes aquí, pero en una manera buena. Pero nuestro experiencia en España no está solo en Granada. En el primero fin de semana nosotros fuimos a Costa Tropical, que es en el sur de la provincia de Granada. Todo el grupo fue junto con algunos estudiantes de Universidad de Fordham. Después de un paseo de autobús por los bellos paisajes del campo, nosotros llegamos al pueblo de Almuñécar. Era más caliente allí y tú no sabrás que es enero. Con la ayuda de Maria Carmen, nosotros fuimos a Castillo de San Miguel que está encima un colina con vista del mar y las montañas en la distancia. Es un lugar con mucha belleza y mucha historia también. Fue construido por los romanos, pero mucho gente usaron el castillo durante una variedad de guerras. El resto del día tiene más aventuras, pero dejaré para otro estudiante.

I like my first week in Granada, things are different here, but in a good way. But our experience in Spain is not just in Granada. The first weekend we went to Costa Tropical, which is in the south of the province of Granada. The entire group went along with some students from Fordham University. After a bus ride through the beautiful landscapes of the countryside, we came to the town of Almuñecar. It was more warm there and you wouldn't know that it's January. With the help of Maria Carmen, we went to Castillo de San Miguel that is on a hill overlooking the sea and the mountains in the distance. It is a place rich in beauty and a lot of history as well. It was built by the Romans, but many people used the castle for a variety of wars. The rest of the day has more adventures, but I will leave that for another student.
